Gourmet sandwich bar Twisted Grilled Cheese has expanded to POST Houston, 401 Franklin St., Houston. The new location, which opened July 8, is the brand's fourth brick-and-mortar location.

TGC began with a single food truck in the Galleria area in 2019 before evolving into two food trucks as well as one location in Memorial City Mall's food court, one location on Washington Avenue in Houston and one location in Katy.

The new location will offer TGC's classics, such as the 5 Cheese Classic Grilled Cheese, made with a blend of five premium cheeses. It will also offer signature dishes exclusive to the POST location, such as the Twisted Pig grilled cheese—made with ham, bacon, pepperoni and an array of melted cheese—and Twisted Philly Subs on hoagies served with halal steak or chicken and topped with a gooey blend of white cheeses.
