Owner Mafer Figueroa said she plans to have the bakery—located at 4798 Beechnut St.—open by June. Construction is slated to be completed the month before its opening, according to a permit filed to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
The vegan bakery serves customized cinnamon rolls and other sweet, items, such as brownies, cookies and edible cookie dough, that are all free of dairy, lactose and egg, according to its website. Cinnaholic is locally owned and operated and offers 40 different frostings and toppings.
