Officials with Local Foods are nearing the opening of the eatery's newly modified upstairs lounge, which has been turned it into intimate wine bar Lees Den.
Opening April 7 in the Rice Village restaurant, located at 2424 Dunstan Road, Houston, the bar will consist of 250 unique wines curated by General Manager Chrisanna Shewbart and Executive Chef Maria Gonzalez.
“Just as we created Local Foods to feature all the great purveyors we knew, we created Lees Den to highlight the unique skills of Chrisanna and Maria, their expertise clearly shines through this new concept,” Local Foods Owner Benjy Levit said in a press release.
The den will be be open 4-10 p.m. from Thu.-Sat.
