Slated for relocation in quarter three of 2022, Sweet Paris will move to a new space at 5411 Morningside Drive, Houston, according to an Oct. 21 news release from Rice Management Company, which owns and operates the property.
“The Rice Village area has become a hub for Houston’s culinary culture, and Sweet Paris has played a large role in that,” said Morgan Lera, investment manager of Rice Management Company, in the news release. “Sweet Paris understands the importance of building and maintaining lasting impressions with the Houston community, and we’re excited that they’ve chosen to solidify their place in Rice Village.”
The Sweet Paris brand was founded in 2012 at its current location, 2420 Rice Blvd., by Allison and Ivan Chavez “to revive the art of eating crepes.” Sweet Paris focuses on an extravagant ambiance, with food and drinks made from scratch from high-quality ingredients, according to the release.
"It is an exciting time as Sweet Paris continues to expand and lay down roots within Rice Village, where we were originally founded in 2012," Allison Chavez said in the news release. "Houston holds a special place in our hearts, and we are thrilled to continue serving the Rice Village community."
In addition to its crepes, Sweet Paris offers waffles, salads, paninis, soups, milkshakes, mimosas, frozen mimosas, hot espresso and Nutella drinks.
Upon relocating, Sweet Paris will update its new location to be in line with its 10 other locations. www.sweetparis.com
