A grand opening and ribbon-cutting will take place Feb. 2 for Waxing The City on Weslayan Street, near the Bissonnet Street intersection.

The business is staffed by licensed cerologists, or waxing specialists, who offer services such as facial hair and body waxing, brow tints, brow lamination, lash lifts, and a post-wax skin restoration treatment, among others.

The Bellaire Business Association will take part in a ribbon-cutting at noon on Feb. 2. The event will also include mini services, refreshments, one-day offers and a chance to speak with staff.
