Baylor Medicine Orthopedics and Sports Medicine is now treating patients at its Kirby Glen location, officials with the the health care provider announced in a January news release.

The new clinic has access to more than 7,000 square feet of space to accommodate patients of all specialties who have a need for physical and occupational therapy.

"We are extremely excited to open an additional physical therapy location at Kirby Glen with ample space and state-of-the art equipment to accommodate all orthopedic and athletic injuries,” said Melanie McNeal, who serves as the physical and occupational therapy manager at Baylor, in a statement. “Given the increased space at this location, we are able to build a team of both physical therapists and hand therapists to accommodate orthopedic patients from all Baylor Medicine providers.”

Per the release, the Kirby Glen location will feature first-floor access and free parking.
