Fewer homes were sold in the Bay Area in March compared to the same month last year. Despite this, three ZIP codes did see slight increases in total homes sold.Meanwhile, median housing prices stayed stagnant. However, four ZIP codes saw prices go up in some capacity.All but one ZIP code saw the median number of days a home sat on the market increase, with some roughly tripling in the total number of days.Most homes sold in March in the Bay Area fell between $200,000 and $399,999.
