Bounce N Play opened in March in the Miramar Shopping Center at 2000 Bayport Blvd., Seabrook. The children’s indoor playground allows for open play and hosts birthday parties for babies, toddlers and elementary-aged kids. Fuji Sushi Asian Cuisine opened their Kemah location in March. Located at 212 FM 518, the sushi restaurant serves teriyaki, tempura, fried rice, sushi rolls and sashimi. They also have a restaurant in La Porte. 281-549-4006. www.fuji-sushi-asian-cuisine.business.site

A new OxiFresh started servicing the League City area back in March. The carpet cleaning business is mobile and is owned by Eric and Tasha Syrdahl. In June of 2022, Sierra moved over to the digital team as one of the multiplatform journalists in Houston, and currently sends out daily newsletters to eight different markets and does a variety of sponsored content for clients. In July of 2023, Sierra took over the flagship newsletters for Round Rock and Pflugerville/Hutto. Jake joined Community Impact in the summer of 2018 to launch the Bay Area edition. Today, he also is editor of the Pearland-Friendswood edition.
