League City officials are asking residents to check their mailboxes and email inboxes for a citizen satisfaction survey, the results of which will be used to determine what officials concentrate on addressing citywide.
The big picture
According to an Oct. 18 news release, a random sample of hundreds of League City residents were mailed or emailed a citizen satisfaction survey.
The confidential survey is conducted by a third party every two years to assess how the city is doing in serving the needs of the community and where improvements can be made, according to the release.
