Superfood cafe Frutta Bowls will be coming to League City in early May, an employee with the business said.
The cafe will be in the same restaurant family as Saladworks, and will be serving both superfood and salads at the new location, the employee said.
The overview
The cafe offers healthy food options, such as fruit bowls and smoothies filled with acai, pitaya and kale. They also sell gluten-free, rustic Italian toast with toppings including avocado, egg and red pepper.
