Real estate firm Hines has acquired over 1,500 acres of undeveloped land on League City's west side, according to an Oct. 27 news release from the firm.

The gist

The site will be developed into a master-planned community with:
  • 2,730 single-family lots
  • Commercial parcels
  • 26-acre future school site within Clear Creek ISD
Amenities in the community will include:
  • Resort-style pool
  • Clubhouse
  • 400 acres of parks and trails

Homes in the community will be 50-, 60- and 70-foot lots with home prices projected in ranges from $400,000 to $800,000, the news release states.

What’s next

The first lots are slated to deliver in late 2027 with home construction beginning in early 2028, according to the news release.
