HB Mexican Kitchen opened in League City on Jan. 1, officials with the business said. The restaurant serves dishes like huevos rancheros, migas, green enchiladas and flautas.

HB Mexican Kitchen offers lunch specials and happy hour until 7 p.m. from Monday through Thursday.
