Scooter’s Coffee, the drive-thru coffee concept, opened a new location in Texas City on Sept. 19, according to a social media post from the city. Scooter's Coffee offers a variety of specialty coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, iced coffees, smoothies, teas and baked goods.
