There will be a new Popeyes in League City later this year, according to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation update. The project began on Aug. 1 and is estimated to complete by Dec. 31, according to the update. The 2,580 square foot project is privately funded and is estimated to cost $600,000, according to the update.
