24-hour infrared fitness studio Hotworx is coming to Clear Lake in late spring, according to the new location's general manager, Holli Smith.

The studio, which offers its members access to a variety of virtually instructed, infrared sauna workouts, broke ground in February. Representatives with the location speculate that build-out will take two to three months.
Starting Feb. 15, Hotworx Clear Lake will begin its presale memberships, which offers residents a discounted rate prior to the studio opening.
