The Spot

Seabrook Cheese Co., which is a wine and specialty cheese shop with a small wine and cheese bar inside, opened in Seabrook. The business’s specialty cheeses include Truffle Kunik, OG Kristal and more, business owner Russell Hatfield said.Parlor Doughnuts


Parlor Doughnuts held a soft opening in December and will be open daily moving forward, officials with the company said in an email. The location is next to the Johnson Space Center. The business is known for its layered doughnuts but also serves a variety of goods, such as coffee and breakfast goods.Eat Thai

Eat Thai opened in Webster, taking over the old Thai Cottage site, officials with the business said. The restaurant takes a page from the culinary heritage of Thailand, with dishes including curry, stir-fries, salads and desserts, according to its website.
