Alert Tech SMT, a Houston-based electronics manufacturer, is relocating to a new spot in Webster that is across from Ellington Field, officials with the company said in an email.

Officials said the company makes electronics for a number of industries, including:

  • Aerospace
  • Down-hole tools
  • Medical devices
  • Cybersecurity
  • Telecommunications
  • Wireless IoT, or internet of things, sensors
  • EV charging stations
The company is relocating to help meet the demand, officials said. It's current headquarters is located at 16875 Diana Lane in Houston.
