After originally being planned to open in the fall, officials with Houston Airports said in an email they are looking at the winter as a possible opening date for Fat Cat Creamery, along with other businesses.

Serving a variety of ice creams, the business is set up inside several other businesses around Houston, and has one brick-and-mortar store, according to the website.
