A new 11-story tower is set to launch in River Oaks by 2028 that will offer a unique residence experience based on health and wellness.

Officials with the Everlight Group, a development firm, announced Feb. 26 that Ace & Ivy will include 31 residential condominiums that feature amenities such as in-home saunas, steam showers, red-light therapy and hydrotherapy.

“Ace & Ivy was founded on the belief that your home should help you live well,” Ho said. "I’m excited for residents to experience what happens when well-being is part of their everyday environment.”

Aside from the in-home amenities, the residence tower will include additional shared amenities that are meant to encourage physical activity, recovery and social engagement, including:
A spa with hydrotherapy and meditation rooms
A dedicated fitness center with a yoga studio
Expansive pool deck
Residents lounge with an earthing garden and a mahjong parlor
A 15-court indoor pickleball club with premium cushioned courts will also be on-site as a separate structure from the building. However, residents will have a private indoor connection from the condo lobby to the court's elevators.
Something to note
According to the news release, Ace & Ivy will offer residences starting at $2.8 million, although prices are subject to change.
Residences will include two- and three-bedroom layouts, with penthouses offering four to five bedrooms with a full wellness suite and elevator vestibule. Occupancy is estimated for 2028.
