On Sept. 12, Pause Studio, a brand that markets itself as a "one-stop destination for total-body wellness," will open its first Houston location on Voss Road.
The details
According to an Aug. 19 news release, Pause Studio is a California-based concept that offers a full spectrum of cutting-edge and restorative therapies such as contrast cold plunge therapy, infrared sauna, LED light and IV therapies, as well as other amenities, including:
whole-body cryotherapy
compression therapy
float technology
The atmosphere of Pause Studio is described as a "luxurious, spa-like setting," and the 2,750-square-foot facility features eight private treatment rooms, per the release.

"We're redefining one-stop wellness for today's demanding lifestyle," owner Evan Allen said in the release. "We've created a space where individuals can prioritize healing and experience meaningful transformation. We believe that the better you feel, the better you live."
Something to note
The studio offers memberships based on credits, which go toward the different services. Packages range from the base offer of six credits per month to VIP with 50 credits per month.
To celebrate the upcoming grand opening, the studio will offer complimentary glutathione shots to the first 100 guests, an injection used to support skin brightening, detoxification and immune health.
