Voters must be registered by Oct. 9 to cast a ballot in the Nov. 6 general election. Citizens can confirm their voter registration status by visiting the Texas Secretary of State’s website. Early voting kicks off Monday, Oct. 22, and runs through Friday, Nov. 2. During this time, eligible voters can vote at any early voting location in their county of residence. Polling place hours vary at each early voting location, but Election Day voting hours are 7 a.m.-7 p.m. statewide.
