Candidates for Carroll ISD Place 4 are Lynda Warner and Cameron Bryan. Warner is retired and a mother of students in Carroll ISD. Bryan, a public servant, has experience managing large airport infrastructure programs.
Candidates for Carroll ISD Place 5 are Hannah Smith and Ed Hernandez. Smith is an attorney and has served on the School Board Budget and Finance Committee and the School Board Student Health Advisory Committee. Hernandez is a business consultant and has over 30 years of business experience.
