A ribbon-cutting ceremony is planned for Dirty Dough in Southlake on Oct. 29.
The Arizona-based company is opening a signature cookie restaurant that serves stuffed cookies in' the Wyndham Plaza shopping center.
According to a news release, the cookies are baked on location from the inside out, featuring a combination of layers, mix-ins and fillings within the dough.
Some flavors include:
- Orange creamsicle
- Brown Sugar Toaster Tart
- Protein cookies
- Cookies n' Cream
- Raspberry Cheesecake
There are 15 Dirty Dough locations in Texas and four other stores are listed as coming soon, according to the website. The Southlake location is taking over a spot that formerly housed Great Expressions Dental Centers.
Dirty Dough founder Bennett Maxwell started a nonprofit, the Life is Sweet Foundation, where the business provides grants for youth mental wellness centers in the local community, according to a news release.
The ribbon-cutting with the Southlake Chamber of Commerce is from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.
