Jillian Kocal, owner of Uniqueye, said in an email that Uniqueye opened in Grapevine Mills Mall next to Meow Wolf in November.

This photography-based business showcases the individualized designs in jewelry and wall-art pictures.

“We photograph people’s unique eyes and turn it into personal artworks,” Kocal said.

There are also locations in Tennessee and Florida.

“We always knew Grapevine/Dallas was the perfect canvas for our art,” Kocal said. “Social media has played a big role in Uniqueye’s Dallas journey. There has been a high demand from our Texan followers since we started operating three years ago.”
