A new Smoothie King location in Colleyville is now open.

The business sells a selection of smoothies, which are made from clean blends, and all ingredients are non-genetically modified, co-owner Joy Patel said. Customers can also order protein-rich food items including flatbreads, chicken bites and avocado toast.

Patel said the business plans to hold a grand opening in the first or second week of October. At the grand opening, there will be giveaways and discounted smoothies.
