A family-owned jewelry store is now open in Grapevine.

Nasr Jewelers opened its fourth location in Grapevine Towne Center, selling diamonds, watches, pearls, rings, professional repairs and battery replacement, according to its website.

The backstory

Nasr Jewelers leases a 3,433-square-foot retail space that formerly housed Haltom’s Fine Jewelers. Haltom's closed the Grapevine location Jan. 11, according to previous reporting.

Nasr Jewelers opened its first store in 1978. The business has since expanded to three other locations, with brothers Louis, Peter, John and Paul Nasr operate Nasr Bros. Jewelers or Nasr Jewelers in Denton, Fairview and Highland Village, according to the website.
