Friendswood officials support study aimed at mitigating flooding impact in Clear Creek and Dickinson Bayou watersheds

Friendswood city officials have formerly endorsed the second phase of a regional flood mitigation initiative to address persistent flooding within the Lower Clear Creek and Dickinson Bayou watersheds.
