Shade Tree Wine Bistro opened May 1 at 103 N. Austin Ave., Ste. 105, Georgetown, a space previously occupied by the now-closed Scott’s Oyster Bar. Shade Tree’s menu includes a variety of wine and beer as well as lunch and dinner specials and a Sunday brunch.
