The hotel caters to both short-term and long-term travelers, offering free hot breakfast, an outdoor pool, a fitness center, pet-friendly rooms, and in-room kitchens.

The Red Door Kitchen
From the team behind Wiseguys in Round Rock, the full-service, sit-down restaurant will offer an expanded menu of casual Italian options, including cheese ravioli, fish frys and more comfort meals.
Co-owned by Tracy and Kenneth Clark, the beauty supply store will carry a variety of products, including cosmetics, wigs and hair-braiding materials. Tracy Clark said she wants the store to be a safe space for people who have experienced hair loss due to alopecia or cancer treatment.

Officials with the nonprofit expect to build a new facility in the next five years. The search for land for a larger facility was prompted by the nonprofit’s desire to increase its outreach. The organization is currently housed at 900 N. Austin Ave., Ste. 115, Georgetown.
The Georgetown branch of the Central Texas-based business previously operated out of temporary office space at 113 W. Ninth St., Georgetown, said Sunnie Fox, development associate for Corridor Title's Williamson County Residential Division.
The nonprofit will relocate from the founder’s garage at 2000 Dawn Drive, Georgetown to its first official brick and mortar site. The nonprofit refurbishes and distributes bikes for those in need through donations, volunteer Chuck Kainer said.
Wine Sensation has moved from its previous location at 409 N. Mays St., Round Rock. Owned by Patrease Rogers, the business offers wine options from white and red wine to prosecco and rosé. Customers can also find food options including stuffed mushrooms, cheese boards and flat breads.
Renovations to the restaurant began the week of March 10, after the building was damaged during an Oct. 16 shopping center fire. Manager Jeff Metalia said he hopes renovations and the permitting process will take no more than two months.

Grace Academy
Private school Grace Academy opened a new gymnasium and multipurpose hall. The facility will host athletic programs, student activities, assemblies, theater performances and community events, according to the school.
Owned by Ryan and Carissa Kell, the wine bar celebrated its 5th anniversary on March 8. It offers Neapolitan-style pizza, charcuterie, salads and desserts in addition to wine. Customers can taste over 250 wines from around the world including pinot noir, chardonnay, moscato d’asti and more.
The Austin-based burger stand is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. The business was founded by Patrick and Kathy Terry to realize Patrick’s dream of creating a classic burger stand similar to the ones he grew up with.
Owner Terek Brown said the gym’s closure comes as the building was sold. Brown said he’s in the process of having another party take over clients and hopes Journey Gymnastics will reopen at a different Georgetown location in the future.
