Corridor Title, a boutique title company that works with residential and commercial clients, moved into its permanent Georgetown location in early 2025.
The details
The Georgetown branch of the Central Texas-based business previously operated out of temporary office space at 113 W. Ninth St., Georgetown, said Sunnie Fox, development associate for Corridor Title's Williamson County Residential Division.
The company was founded in 2010 and has other locations in Austin, Dripping Springs, Lockhart, New Braunfels, San Marcos and Houston.
