Demand for the 2027 PGA Championship at Fields Ranch East continues to surge, with multiple hospitality offerings completely sold out, a PGA news release states.
Scheduled for May 17-23, 2027, the 109th PGA Championship will mark the first PGA Championship to be played in Frisco. The tournament annually features the strongest field in golf as 56 of the world’s top players compete for the Wanamaker Trophy.
The tournament’s high demand highlights the “building excitement” around the return of men’s major championship golf to North Texas after more than six decades. The 2027 PGA Championship is expected to attract about 200,000 attendees across the nation, the release states.

Demand for corporate hospitality continues at record pace; after twice expanding its inventory to welcome more Frisco fans, the PGA of America has now sold out every large on-course hospitality offering.
According to the release, over 150,000 ticket registrations have been submitted for the tournament, the highest total in PGA Championship history.
The release states limited opportunities remain available for 10-person reserved tables and community partner sponsorships. Weekend slots are sold out, but tickets remain available for May 17-21.
Additionally, the PGA Championship offers a junior admission policy where children ages 15 and under receive free grounds access when accompanied by a ticketed adult. A maximum of two free junior grounds tickets per adult can be collected onsite.

The 2027 PGA Championship will be held on Fields Ranch East, located at 3725 PGA Parkway in Frisco, and is expected to create more than 1,300 temporary jobs in the lead-up to the tournament. Through programs like VendorMatch, local businesses have claimed their stake in the tournament through beverage service, hospitality, transportation, decor and signage.
The release states volunteer opportunities have been “exceptionally strong,” with all committees filled except for the PGA Shops Committee, where a limited number of positions remain unfilled.
