New office space, restaurants slated for Frisco Station

“The Towers at Frisco Station represents the ultimate vision for Frisco’s Dallas North Tollway corridor,” VanTrust Executive Vice President Bill Baumgardner said in a statement. “It will provide Frisco Station with a bustling mixed-use district comprised of best-in-class high-rise office space, unique entertainment venues, high-end hospitality options and the very best in fine dining. We believe it will enable Frisco Station to set the standard for the flexible, amenity-driven office destinations that today’s employers require.”

Frisco Station’s first entertainment venue, a pickleball and sports simulators venue, will be located within the district and is in the preconstruction phase, according to the news release.

Zooming out

Frisco Station spans 242 acres west of the tollway. The development features four urban living communities, including The Casey, which opened in January; three hotels; and three office buildings.

Upon build-out, the development will feature 2,400 apartment units, a 55-acre corporate campus, a 30-acre park and trail system integrated throughout, and more.

The development is being led by the Frisco Station Partnership made up of The Rudman Partnership, Hillwood and VanTrust Real Estate, according to Frisco Station’s website.
