Dallas-based developer Hillwood opened its latest luxury apartment community Dec. 19 at Frisco Station, according to a news release.

The gist

The Casey features 300 units and is located at 4250 Gridiron Road. It’s Hillwood’s third urban living community to open at Frisco Station, which now features more than 1,200 urban living apartments.



JHP Architecture/Urban Design designed the five-story building. Each apartment is equipped with smart home technology and features 10-foot ceilings, Energy Star appliances, cabinets, walk-in closets and private patios, according to the news release. Select units also feature built-in desks and studies.


Studio and one- and two-bedroom options are available between 513 square feet and 1,375 square feet. Community amenities include coworking spaces, Wi-Fi, electric vehicle charging stations, a 24-hour fitness center and a pet washing station.

Frisco Station spans 242 acres west of Dallas North Tollway. The mixed-use development features office, residential and hotel properties located around The Star, according to its website.
