Several pet care stores and clinics have opened or are coming soon in Frisco.
One veterinarian clinic, Atlas Vet Pets, is slated to open Oct. 30. It will join several other clinics open and caring for Frisco pets.

Other pet-related businesses that opened in Frisco in 2023 include UrgentVet, North Dallas Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Hospital and Pet Evolution.
“Both [Frisco and Prosper] locations are full of pet parents who think of their dogs and cats like family members and want the best for them, especially when illness or injury is involved,” said Dr. Jim Dobies, doctor of veterinary medicine and founder of UrgentVet. “We take great pride in knowing we’ll soon be there for them when they need us.”
