New Braunfels looks to update thoroughfare plan to meet growing population needs

The city of New Braunfels is planning to update its 2012 Regional Transportation Plan, known as the Thoroughfare Plan, with hopes of easing strain on existing infrastructure and shift resources to roadways more aligned with projected population data.
