On July 16, a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, or TDLR, listing showed a nearly 23,000 square foot store planned to finish construction in early 2027.
Looking ahead
On July 31, a TDLR listing showed the second phase of the Boerne Town Center, which includes a nearly $12.29 million construction project for three single-story shell buildings, totaling around 68,000 square feet.
The listing states that construction is expected to begin around December and be completed in late 2026.
