Buildings 1 and 2 of Rollingwood Center, 2500 Bee Caves Road, Rollingwood, are fully leased as of January, said Kristin Schimmel, Endeavor Real Estate Group’s property manager. Endeavor Real Estate Group is the developer of the complex.

Building 1, which has 145,437 square feet, houses EZCORP, a business that acquires, establishes and manages pawn shops; Heritage Title, a title agency; and Endeavor Real Estate Group’s management office, Schimmel said.

Building 2, consisting of 69,150 square feet, is occupied by LatinWorks Marketing, an advertising agency; Sense Corp, a management consulting firm; Shelfbucks, which uses mobile technology to help retailers give shoppers special offers; R&R Partners, an international marketing agency and its subsidy, Raconteur Media; Barnes, Lipscomb, Stewart & Ott, a law firm; Kuperman, Orr and Albers, a law firm; and Kimbia, a marketing agency, she said.

The last of the tenants—Shelfbucks, R&R Partners and Raconteur Media—moved into the complex in February, Schimmel said.

A third building is planned for Rollingwood Center, but Schimmel could not comment on its status.

Employees of EZCORP, Endeavor Real Estate Group and Kimbia participated in a volunteer park cleanup day March 31, beautifying a section of the Zilker Nature Preserve that sits about a half mile from Rollingwood Center’s parking garage.
