Scarvelli’s Italian Restaurant
The menu consists of Italian classics like pizza, pasta and chicken parmesan, and the restaurant is split between an atmospheric dining room and a more casual bar.
Cream Bunny Bakery Cafe
The family-owned bakery offers several styles of egg- or fried chicken-based breakfast sandwiches on brioche buns or biscuits, and the pastry case has a variety of donuts and cronuts that are baked on site.
Scenthound
The dog grooming and wellness business’s services include baths, nail trimming, ear and teeth cleaning, hair cutting, dog care packages and monthly memberships.
New York Sub Hub
The sandwich shop opened a food truck at the Austin St Truck Stop behind East Side Denton. The food truck offers a scaled-down version of the original menu of sliced-to-order subs.
WaveMax Laundry
The laundry service’s options include self washing and drying; drop-off services where WaveMax employees wash, dry and fold laundry; and commercial laundry services.
Burlington
Burlington is a New Jersey-based department store that offers clothing, accessories and home goods.
Lukas Western Wear
The shop opened in Golden Triangle Mall and stocks a range of brand-name boots, hats and Western wear and has joined the Rock'em brand family, giving it access to lines such as Rock'em's women's boots.

The studio will operate as a booth-rental-style salon hosting independent beauty professionals and will offer hair styling services.
What’s next?
Chicken Salad Chick
Construction on the fast-casual chicken salad restaurant is expected to begin Sept. 15 and conclude Nov. 1. Chicken Salad Chick serves from-scratch chicken salad options, pimento cheese, soups, salads and sandwiches.

Paw Control
The mobile grooming unit purchased the former Club Canine’s boarding facility. Some of the services offered include pet grooming, baths and nail trims for dogs, cats, birds and rodents, and the mobile unit will still be in use.
Harvest House
The event space and beer garden added a fresh farmer’s market to its rotating events. Harvest House Farmers Market will take place on Thursdays and Sundays throughout the fall and will have a Christmas and holiday market in December.
