Chicken Salad Chick will have a brick-and-mortar storefront in Denton in the Rayzor Ranch shopping center.
Construction on the fast-casual chicken salad restaurant is expected to begin Sept. 15 and conclude Nov. 1. The current 2,686-square-foot space will undergo $275,000 in interior renovations, according to the filing. There will be no renovations to the exterior.
The filing states the location was previously permitted to be a Salata in June 2024.
