4. Firetrol office remodelDallas-based fire suppression supplier Firetrol will remodel a Richardson office, according to TDLR documents. The roughly $630,000 project is scheduled to take place between June and September. Firetrol opened for business in 1984 and provides design and installation services for fire suppression equipment, including sprinklers, alarms, fire extinguishers and emergency lights, the company website states.
