A new Bank OZK branch is in development in Denton near Golden Triangle Mall in the old Lone Spur Cafe location, according to signage on the building.
Documents filed with the TDLR state the $1.5 million construction to convert the former restaurant into a bank will start in December and be completed in December 2027.
Bank OZK offers financial services like personal loans, checking and savings accounts and home lending.
