The city of Richardson’s Engineering and Capital Projects Department will host an online public meeting at 3:30 p.m. Jan. 27 to present proposed improvements to Glenville Drive and receive community feedback.
Project plans include a full reconstruction of the roadway and sidewalks, enhancements for bicyclists and pedestrians, and new landscaping and lighting as well as upgrades to underground utilities. The work will span from Campbell Road to Arapaho Road.
The improvements will also include new “smart city” features that will improve maintenance, safety and operations along the corridor, according to a city news release.
Construction is slated to begin this summer.
