Kasra Persian Cuisine reopened in mid-October at 525 W. Arapaho Road, Ste. 21, Richardson. The restaurant had been closed due to the pandemic. Kasra serves traditional Persian and Afghan cuisine; it also offers catering and hosts events in its on-site banquet hall.
