According to a post on social media, the restaurant will offer Persian dishes, such as kebabs or falafel, with a modern twist. Based on the social media post, the concept will be similar to Avesta Persian Grill in Houston, which has the same owners.
Arash will occupy the same space that housed Pambazo Restaurant Bar, which closed earlier this year.
