International Sichuan-style hot pot restaurant, Shoo Loong Kan, is now open in Richardson after holding its grand opening this month.

Diners can order bowls of broth for the table, hot pots, and add in various meat, seafood and vegetable options separately, according to the restaurant’s website.

Shoo Loong Kan has several other restaurants in the United States and around the world, but the location in Richardson’s DFW Chinatown is the first in North Texas.
