Happy Hippie Brewing Company is expected to open a brewery/taproom in Richardson this summer. The local beer company will open its first permanent location in the Lockwood district of Richardson at 500 Lockwood Drive. No grand opening date has been announced, but a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing said construction on the taproom is scheduled to wrap up in July. Happy Hippie Brewing offers a variety of craft beers, including IPAs and milk stouts.
