The city of Richardson has expanded the lineup for the 2022 Wildflower Arts and Music Festival, announcing the addition of Toadies and Neon Trees on March 18.

Both bands are expected to appear May 21 on the Methodist Richardson Amphitheater Stage.

The Wildflower Festival is scheduled for May 20-22 at Galatyn Park Urban Center, which is located just north of Galatyn Parkway on the east side of US 75. Organized by the city, the three-day festival features live musical concerts from local, regional and national acts. Other festival highlights include street performers, a battle of the bands, a songwriting competition, a marketplace filled with local and regional goods, kids activities and more.

Tickets for the festival can be purchased online. Sales include VIP packages, weekend passes and daily admission tickets. Pricing for 2022 festival tickets is $35 for a single day and $75 for a three-day pass. Children age 12 and under will receive free admission all weekend.

A VIP package for $400 is available and will include access to complimentary food, beverages, exclusive seating and premiere parking.


City residents may also purchase discounted tickets at participating city of Richardson locations beginning April 1.

The initial lineup for the 2022 Wildflower Arts & Music Festival was announced Feb. 15, the same day tickets were made available for purchase. The current festival lineup is listed below:
