Geico is moving forward with an expansion plan that is bringing 1,500 jobs to Richardson.
Some context
In December, Geico expanded its insurances offerings to include commercial insurance options. To support the new offerings, the Richardson location was designated as the commercial insurance operating hub.
Additionally, the company announced plans to open a second office in Richardson in February at 2375 N. Glenville Drive. The new 165,000-square-foot building is scheduled to open in fall 2025.
