Town Project Manager Joshua Cotton said construction work for the project is complete, with final documentation details remaining.
Construction on the $30.89 million project started in spring 2023 and was completed in December 2025, according to the town's capital improvement project website.
What’s next?
A separate project to install a permanent traffic signal at First Street and Legacy Drive is underway, with signal materials expected to arrive by March, Cotton said.
Prosper Town Council approved the purchase of the permanent traffic signal materials in April 2025.
