First Street from Stuber Elementary School to Dallas Parkway has wrapped up construction, according to Prosper town officials.

Town Project Manager Joshua Cotton said construction work for the project is complete, with final documentation details remaining.
Construction on the $30.89 million project started in spring 2023 and was completed in December 2025, according to the town's capital improvement project website.
